Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, slotsph reserves the right to withhold any Account Balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach — such as a voluntary closure request — any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the slotsph platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent slotsph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
slotsph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, slotsph will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Your continued use of the slotsph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
